📚JH and HS TEKS Resource Training📝 Our Junior High and High School educators recently participated in a TEKS Resource Training session to enhance their instructional strategies. This training ensures that we continue to deliver high-quality education aligned with state standards. Excited to see the positive impact in our classrooms! 💡

🚌 Ensuring Student Safety!🛡️ The Special Education Department, in collaboration with Region One, recently conducted a Bus Monitor Training. This initiative is vital to ensure the safety of all students as they travel to and from school. Together, we’re committed to providing a secure and supportive environment for every child. 💙

The College & Career Readiness Department hosted the 2024-2025 Active Learning in Career & Technical Education (CTE) Planning & Staff Development. The agenda included a welcome and State of the Union address by the CCMR Director, followed by discussions on integrating active learning techniques and literacy in CTE classrooms. Teachers engaged deeply with their curriculum documents, explored innovative approaches to modernizing CTE spaces, and shared strategies to enhance student engagement. This workshop reflects Point Isabel ISD’s commitment to advancing Career and Technical Education (CTE) and equipping our educators with the tools they need to prepare our students for future success.
