With her extensive expertise in program development and leadership, Mrs. Barron shared valuable insights on best practices for operational efficiency, strategic management, and program sustainability. Her presentation provided project directors with actionable strategies to enhance their programs, streamline operations, and drive meaningful impact. This event was a fantastic opportunity where she learned from other industry leaders and collaborated on innovative solutions for program success. She is eager to continue to success of ACE programs at PIISD!
